New Client FAQ

Can I buy both new client specials?

Yes, and we love that because we believe the combo of Reformer workouts and body-weight resistance workouts is a winning one. To buy both packages online, purchase them at the same time. If you buy one now and decide you want to buy the other one down the road, send us an email and we’ll set you up. New client packages expire 2 months from purchase date.

What class should I begin with?

Our most beginner friendly class formats are Pilates Mat, Gentle Barre, and Level 1 Group Reformer. Barre is a good option as well, since there is no equipment. In all cases and in all classes, instructors will provide many options to modify.

What should I wear?

Wear breathable, comfortable clothing from head to toe. We don’t have a specific dress code but please be respectful. Grip socks are required in all classes for safety and sanitary purposes. Bring your own or buy a pair from us for $16-$20.

What should I bring?

Mats are provided. Bring a water bottle or buy a boxed water from us for $3.00. Lockers are available to store your personal belongings. Changing rooms are also available.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time to check-in, get settled in, meet your instructor, and snag your favorite spot in the room. For safety reasons, new clients may not enter their first class after it has already begun. Please be on time! We promise your first class will be a lot more enjoyable if you give yourself the time to meet your instructor and settle into the room.

Can I take class if I'm injured or pregnant?

Most injuries can be worked around. Arrive early to alert your instructor of your limitations. Let us help, there’s truly a modification for every movement! Prenatal clients beyond 18 weeks should steer clear of Pilates classes (Mat, Reformer, & Pilates Strength) and stick to Barre, prenatal Mat and Reformer, and/or private Pilates sessions for the remainder of their pregnancy.
