  • Pilates Fusion is a Pilates Mat instructor using TRX in Pilates Fusion class with standing work, TRX, Barre, Pilates stick and bouts of cardio.

    Pilates Strength

    Love Pilates but want to spice it up? This class combines your favorite Pilates mat moves and strength-building exercises using tools like TRX, medicine balls, and bungee resistance bands. This full-body class is great for building core and upper body strength, mobility, and functional power—all while maintaining mindful movement.

  • Small Group Reformer at Pilates Heights in Brooklyn

    Small Group Reformer

    Small class, big impact! With a maximum of 6 students, you'll enjoy personalized guidance and ample room to stretch, strengthen, and flow. The versatile Reformer enhances your Pilates practice by providing both resistance and support. Experience a fun, focused, full-body workout in a welcoming and intimate setting.

    Private & Semi-Private Lessons

    A 55-minute session utilizing the Pilates equipment (Reformer and Chair), incorporating additional modalities such as mat work, barre, and functional training.
