Pilates Mat
We offer two mat-based classes: Pilates Mat & Pilates Fusion. Both formats rely on bodyweight resistance and small props to improve core strength, spinal mobility, posture, and movement quality. Fusion incorporates standing work, cardio, and light equipment (TRX, Pilates Stick).
Pilates Reformer
Reformer classes are a game changer. Small classes (max 6 students) mean big results. Expect dramatic improvements in alignment, posture, and movement quality, and enhanced safety and performance in classes (like Barre) featuring more dynamic movements.
Barre
Our Barre class combines elements of dance and Pilates for a high-energy, fun-centric, total body workout. It’s also very pre & postnatal friendly. This is our most cardio-focused class, so prepare to sweat! No dance experience required. Also offered in a Gentle format.
